1. Deposits
On verbal or written acceptance of a booking a £ 30.00 per vehicle deposit is required. This can be paid by cash or cheque. Upon receipt of the deposit, confirmation shall be sent via email or letter. Should the customer cancel the booking for whatever reason, all deposits are non-refundable or transferable. However, should ‘Flights Ferries ‘n Fuddles’ have to cancel the booking for whatever reason all monies shall be returned to the client. Where bookings have to be cancelled we shall always endeavor to supply names and contact numbers of equally reputable companies to ourselves. Where appropriate, bookings for Fuddles may incur an additional deposit, which will be fully refundable where no additional valeting costs are incurred.
2. Balance
Balance of all monies shall be received no later than the following:
- Balance paid by cheque: to be received no later than 15 working days before the event/transfer.
- Alternatively, and with prior arrangement, balances may be paid by cash at pickup.
3. Refunds/Cancellations
Should the client cancel the booking the following shall apply:
- Cancellation by the client up to 24 hours before the event/transfer: 100% of the final balance shall be re-funded to the client.
- Cancellation by the client within 24 hours and up to 8 hours before the event/transfer: 75% of the final balance shall be re-funded to the client.
- Cancellation by the client within 8 hours of the event/transfer: no refunds shall be given.
We would remind you that whilst deposits are non-refundable, additional deposits, where required are refundable.
4. Waiting Time
The first 30 minutes of waiting time are always included in our price, thereafter we charge waiting times at the following rates:
- 6.00AM TO MIDNIGHT £ 20.00 PER HOUR/PRO RATA
- MIDNIGHT TO 6.00AM £ 25.00 PER HOUR /PRO RATA
5. Hire Price
We guarantee the cost quoted for the vehicle hire, providing that the original itinerary at the time of the booking has not been altered.
6. Liability
Flights Ferries ‘n Fuddles does not accept liability for missed flights / events, loss or damage to luggage or consequential losses to circumstances beyond our control (you may wish to take out insurance against this).
7. Alcohol
Flights Ferries ‘n Fuddles do not allow alcohol on board our vehicles under any circumstances. Flights Ferries ‘n Fuddles will not carry passengers who are, in the driver’s opinion, drunk or abusive.
8. VAT
Flights Ferries ‘n Fuddles is not registered for VAT, therefore we do not charge it.
9. Abusive Behavior
Flights Ferries ‘n Fuddles does not tolerate abusive behavior.
10. Smoking
Flights Ferries ‘n Fuddles have a No Smoking policy as required by Law.
11. Illegal Materials/Substances
The carrying or use of unregistered weapons and/or illegal drugs/substances is strictly forbidden in our vehicles.
12. Use of Vehicles
Flights Ferries ‘n Fuddles makes every effort to supply top quality vehicles. However, should such vehicles not be available, we reserve the right to provide a similar alternative vehicle. This is known as a sub-contractor/sub-hire. If the alternative vehicle is unsuitable all monies shall be returned.
13. Insurance
Flights Ferries ‘n Fuddles is insured for passenger travel only. This insurance is for public liability and does not constitute travel insurance.
14. Soilage/Vehicle Damage
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them, and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required to reinstate a vehicle to working order. Typical costs are £100 minimum valeting charge and £35 per hour whilst the vehicle is off the road and unavailable for hire. In addition to this, all other costs to reinstate the vehicle to working order must be paid. General wear and tear is expected. Please look after our vehicles.
15. Animals
Under no circumstances will animals be allowed in our vehicles except guide dogs.
16. Airport Transfers
Airport transfers are a fixed price and allow for any delays. However, should flights be diverted to other airports, Flights Ferries ‘n Fuddles shall do their best to be there for you. The client should be fully aware that should extra ‘out of pocket' costs be involved, the client should be prepared to pay for these in full. Please enquire for a full explanation.

All cheques should be made payable to Flights Ferries ‘n Fuddles
18. Out of Pocket Expenses
Our prices DO NOT include car parking or congestion charges etc., unless otherwise stated. These expenses shall be added at cost, or paid directly by the client.
Flights, Ferries 'n Fuddles reserves the right to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any such changes / alterations will be posted here on our website.
